The art of sculptural face massage, taught by its author

A signature buccal & sculpting system, refined over 15+ years. Hands-on, in small groups, in Midtown Manhattan.

The gap

Clients ask for buccal massage. Most courses teach a sequence, not a result.

✦Clients already ask for it
✦Only live training corrects your hands
✦A sequence is not a system
✦Technique without a plan for clients
✦Unclear what a certificate covers
The method

A system, not a technique.

Four ways of working, blended into one — so every session is built around the face in front of you, not a fixed routine.

The journey

It began in Kazakhstan.

Fifteen years of practice grew from a rigorous school of hands-on work.

Today

It is taught in Manhattan.

Small groups. One author beside you at every step.

Why buccal massage

A treatment clients feel — and see.

Buccal massage works the facial muscles from the outside and from inside the mouth, reaching cheek and jaw tissue that a regular massage or gua sha can’t fully access. That deeper reach releases tension more completely, eases the heaviness in the lower face, and leaves the contours noticeably sharper.

The cheek

Buccinator

The cheek muscle, reached from inside the mouth — the signature of buccal work, and the reach a regular massage or gua sha doesn’t have.

The jaw

Masseter

The main chewing muscle. Clenching and stress load it, which can make the lower face look heavy and tense.

The joint

Jaw joint (TMJ) area

Releasing the tension around the joint is felt as ease and softness through the jaw.

The neck

Platysma

A thin neck muscle that pulls down on the jawline; long hours seated add to its load.

For the client

  • A visible change within the very first session
  • Natural lifting — no needles, no recovery
  • A softer jaw and less held tension
  • A calm, ritual-like hour she returns to

For your practice

  • An answer to demand you already hear
  • A premium, signature service
  • A method that explains itself — clients trust what they understand
  • A clear point of difference in a crowded market

Aesthetic and relaxation services. Buccal massage is not a medical treatment, and no medical outcome is promised. Results vary.

Your teacher

Aigerim

  • Author of the method

  • Founder of AZ Essence

I believe a face should be sculpted, never changed — revealing its natural lift, balance and expression.

Aigerim, founder of AZ Essence
The path

There wasn’t one turning point. Aigerim came to buccal massage gradually.

Over years of practice she realised that what drew her most wasn’t surface-level care, but deep, hands-on work with the face.

The more she saw contours change, and clients feel like themselves again, the clearer it became: this was her direction.

The method

Sculptural-buccal massage became her specialty — and the foundation of a method of her own: the Aigerim Sculptural Lift Method.

It combines sculptural, buccal, lymphatic and tension-release technique.

No two sessions follow the same routine. Each is built around what one particular face is holding onto, with focused work on the jaw, neck and shoulders.

Structure of the training

Learned with the hands. Not from a screen.

Seven modules, three days, and one rule: theory gives every movement its reason, but the training itself is built on practice — with the author correcting your hands as you work.

3 days

Foundations through to the full protocol, start to finish.

90% hands-on

You spend the training working on live models, not watching slides.

Certificate

A certificate of completion once the full protocol is yours.

01

Foundations & safety

Facial anatomy, indications, contraindications, and the hygiene standards intraoral work requires.

02

Face assessment

Reading puffiness, muscle tension and what a particular client’s face needs most.

03

Lymphatic groundwork

Preparing the décolleté, neck and face before deeper work begins.

04

Sculptural technique

Working the oval, cheekbones, cheeks, forehead and lower face.

05

Jaw work

Easing tension held in the chewing muscles.

06

Buccal massage

The safe, step-by-step intraoral technique — the signature of the method.

07 Practice, live models

Full protocol

Every technique combined into one session, practised on live models until it’s yours.

Good to know

Questions, answered.

Do I need a licence to take the training?

No — newcomers are welcome. But massage licensing rules differ by state. Your certificate confirms completion of this training; please check what applies where you plan to practise, and we’ll gladly walk you through it.

I’m starting from scratch. Is it for me?

Yes. The programme is built for practising specialists and complete beginners alike — it starts with anatomy and the logic of the method.

In what language is the training?

In Russian. In English or Spanish it is taught with the help of a competent interpreter, so nothing is lost.

What is the difference between individual and group?

The programme is the same. Individual training is one-to-one and scheduled with you. The mini-group is limited to two students, so everyone still gets close attention.

Will I be able to deliver results on my own?

The training is built around hands-on practice: you work, the author corrects. Results depend on practice and on each client, so we promise no guarantees — only a clear system.

How does booking and the deposit work?

Group dates are booked directly through Square, where a deposit secures your place. If you don’t show up, the deposit isn’t refunded. Individual training is arranged by message — WhatsApp or Telegram, below.

What happens after the training?

You leave with a certificate of completion and a business section on pricing and finding clients. We’ll tell you exactly what ongoing support looks like when you apply.
